General information:

This is a "Google Sites" web site. Here is a starting point for information. The site is set-up to allow responsibility for maintenance of the site to change hands, perhaps with the Secretary position of the Association's board. Currently, you can contact tim concerning this site.

Google Drive: Documents for this site are stored here under the account of the above listed administrator.

Photos: "owestsnaps" Google Photos album controlled by the above listed admin. Used to store photos for use on this site.

Domain Name: orcaswest.org is currently being contributed by the Ramseys. Needs to be re-extended by November 2025.

Annual changes needed for this site:

No direct changes to the site are required. Just edit two files, and add two PDF's to Google Drive of the administrator.

1. Update Directory of members file with changes (file "Directory - Current"). Changes will be reflected on the Directory page.

2. Update current Association Board file after annual meeting (file "Board Members"); These changes will be reflected on the Association Board page.

3. Add PDF-formatted documents of the annual meeting minutes and financials to Google Drive under the directory "OW Yearly Docs". These new files will then appear in the Document Library page.
